Creatively recomposing contemporary concepts of the human condition, FractalEG0 semantically reconstructs our world and cultural symbols at the intersection of shifting human perceptions caught between new forms of realities and identities, visually contemplating the impact that manufactured realities have on both human nature and the environment.
Manipulating the raw materiality of our everyday lives, FractalEG0 compels viewers to confront the constructed nature of reality and contemplate the ever-shifting parameters of the world we inhabit. Taking the above as the source material and using the broad capabilities of machine intelligence to re-contextualize physicality and figuration, strangely familiar forms of reality that inspire or challenge normalised views of the everyday world are visualized.
“Same as those shifting human perceptions, which are a theme of my work, I constantly shift between respect and disrespect, alignment and contradiction to my non-linear interdisciplinary background, having worked across different industries such as game design, branding, portait photoraphy, architecture and industrial design. Its a powerful source of inspiration and struggle at the same time. Hence, involving different media and materials feels natural to me, whether using complex digital workflows, which involve a mixture of AI, manual image manipulation, 3D and post prod, or sticking to pigments, pens and tangible materials.”
